The design and implement of a short message receiving and sending system for school communication is introduced.Based on the theory of SMS receiving and sending,the system of short message receiving and sending is designed.The function of sending and receiving short messages in the system is accomplished with GSM Moden and it is well applied in the communication between students and parents.
