Design and implementation of a network-charging software

It is a time-consuming, strenuous and fallible routine task for a network center to assort and sum up the network flow fee by users and to send the results to users by e-mail. This article introduces a method for designing and implementing network-charging software by using VB6.0. The related programming techniques include: designing the database structure; adding records to database, querying database and creating the results by using ADO (Active X Data Object); sending e-main by using MAPI controls (MAPISession and MAPIMessages); and accessing data by using system registry etc.
