This paper focus on the integration nature of intermediary network platform,discusses the role in the science and technology service system;Expound four features of the platform,integration 、 breed 、 demonstration and service.Then,proposes the objectives and basic principles of the platform.The paper analyze the function module design of intermediary service network platform ;Finally,we discusses the construction strategy of the platform.
