Application Research on Biological Data Grid

Based on the grid research background and the requirement of biological science development ,this paper inducts the biological data grid, introduces some grid system which being used in biological data management and computing, gives one biological data grid framework, describes the data mining procedure in biological data grid used for regulatory gene and the corresponding fundamental mechanism.
