Research on Fiber Optic Gyro Signal Digital Filtering Algorithm

The properties of the fiber optic gyro(FOG) random drift and noise error were analyzed.According to the characteristics of the gyro stabilization platform system,the moving filter,the forward linear prediction(FLP) adaptive filter and the threshold-value filter based on wavelet transform were used to de-noise the signal.The result of testing and statistic analyzing for FOG signal indicated that the wavelet threshold-value filter was successful in restraining signal noise and the effects of it was verified.
