Assessment Method of Equipment Health Condition Based on FMECA

Aiming at the problem of quantitative descriptive analysis for different kinds of health condition factors of equipment health condition,assessment method of equipment health condition based on FMECA(Failure Mode,Effects and Criticality Analysis) is proposed.Health condition factors can be got from the FMECA report.According to the type of factors normalized,Health condition membership degree vector can be got by distribution function or expert's graded.Factors weight can be got by grey relational analysis.Finally,health condition level can be got by fuzzy comprehensive assessment model.The launching and controlling system of a certain vehicle antitank missile is assessed by the method,which shows that the assessment result is feasible.
