Research on embedded mobile GIS

When the traditional GIS can not meet users' application demands,Mobile GIS emerges and becomes an important developing field of GIS.In this paper,we established the structure of Mobile GIS,analyzed some key technologies,and also desiged and implemented a prototype system named PNS-I,which has integrated PDA,GPS,GIS,GSM and GPRS.
