Simulation of Armored Equipment Battle Damage Based on CAS Theory & Agent

He Rui · Journal of Academy of Armored Force Engineering · 2010

In accordance with the limitation of traditional research on battle damage model, a method of simulating the adaptability by artificial neural network is proposed. Referring to the modeling scheme of Complex Adaptive System (CAS) Theory, a model of battle damage using Environment-Rules-Agent (ERA) scheme is built. The dynamic evolvement process of equipment battle damage under the effect of external intervene agent in uncertain dynamic battlefield environment is simulated through the RED and the BLUE Army’s fighting by BP algorithm combined with Cross Target (CT) algorithm. The model aims to help researchers understand the dynamic characteristics of equipment damage.
