Design philosophy of University Resource Planning derived from design of ERP system, and got through to build unitive information platform and interface standard to achieve kinds of Application systems integration, but information service need not build unified data system like ERP because of the loose coupled modes.Although the modes was better than ERP in the aspects of application function expansibility and compatibility, but it still faced access bottleneck and uncontrollability when a large number of transfer was used in the application system modes. To solve this problem, the paper provided a management method base on clouding computing technology to solve work efficiency of URP system and obtained well experimental result.
