Geophysics is an observational science. The high precision observational and experimental instruments and equipments take an “outpost” position (key position) in advancement of geophysial science. Therefore, some strategies should be stress in research and manufacture of Geophysical instruments and experimental equipments:(1) Based on the import technology, equipment, copy, and develop the self research, and cooperation, manufacture system, and unceasing go deep into the this field. The purpose is originated new aspect for the research and manufacture of geophysical instruments step by step.(2) Form the research and manufacture system for geophysical instruments and equipments with the characteristics of China, open up the new markets, go to ward the word and standing alone on the forest of international sciences and technology.
