Design and Implement of a Submerged Arc Furnace Electricity Data Management System

An electricity data acquisition and management system based on VB 6. 0 and MySQL database software is presented for the transmission,storage and display of large amount of electricity data collected in the operation of the furnace. The principles and method of large data storage and display are introduced,and the design ideas and realization of each module of the systems are described in detail. The laboratory tests show that the system can meet the requirements of the speed of current data acquisition and storage in the submerged-arc voltage control.
