Based on Fuzzy and Grey characteris tic in groundwater quality assessme nt,the paper introduced the relativ e function and relative grade of Fuzzy math theory i nto Grey system situation decision -making,and set up a Grey -Fuzzy model of groundwater environmental quality assessment.Comparatively,this model can give more assessment information and refl ect the practice objec-tively.
