Dynamic Threshold Decryption Scheme Based on Bilinear Pairing

A new dynamic threshold decryption scheme based on bilinear pairing is presented in paper Construction of Dynamic Threshold Decryption Scheme from Pairing. The scheme can dynamically renovate the master key, and adjust the shareholder set and the secret sharing threshold without betraying any information about the master key and changing other decryption servers ’ secret keys. But there is a mistake in the dynamic decryption scheme in the paper. We fix the problem and present a correct dynamic threshold decryption scheme in this paper. A method to verify the identity of decryption server is also presented based on the scheme.
