Reliability Management of Thermal Control Equipments of Large Scale Thermal Power Units Based on Intrinsic Safety

In recent years,the thermal power units with large capacity and high parameters were greatly developed,and the requirement of the reliability of the control system was increasing continuously.In this article,through a large number of case studies in engineering applications of Jiaxing Power Plant,the background of reliability management of thermal control equipments based on intrinsic safety was put forward.The connotation of the reliability management of thermal power plant based on intrinsic safety were extracted,the methods for enhancing the intrinsic safety of the thermal equipments of large thermal power units were summarized.By the management innovation,the management level and the technical level of the thermal control profession of the power plant were promoted.The operation reliability of the units was enhanced,and the favorable economical benefits were created.The experiences are worth to be popularized.
