Watermark-based Mobile Digital Content Right Management Scheme

This paper proposed a digital right management scheme based on watermark.It didn't need the cooperation from mobile terminals.The scheme not only resolved the copyright problems in mobile multimedia service,but also offered more business modes and charging strategies according to the rights expression.The scheme also considered the smooth transition problem to the future OMA DRM.
