Synchronization of Complex Dynamical Networks Based on Discontinuous and Intermittent Coupling

Jin Zhou · Jisuanji fangzhen · 2011

This paper investigates the synchronization dynamics of complex dynamical networks based on discontinuous and intermittent coupling.A simple generic criterion is then derived for synchronization of complex dynamical networks.Compared with some existing literatures,a distinctive feature of this work is that the network nodes are only coupled at a series of discontinuous moments.Furthermore, the results are applied to a typical nearest neighbor coupled network composed of chaotic Duffing oscillators, and numerical simulations are carried out to verify and visualize the theoretical results.
