Power execution ethic is ethic support of CPC's ability to execute power. The Party was faced with transformation from revolutionary ethic to power execution ethic after it held power.Yet,due to mistake of the Extension of Class Struggles, such transformation remained a failure until third session of Eleventh Plenary Session of Central Committee was held. After reform and opening up,our party has successfully realized such transformation and developed power execution ethic, which greatly promoted Party's ability to execute power. In new era,the Party's execution power construction and power execution construction should be united together and promote each other.
