Discussion about the Legal Regulations on Spam

Spam is a cancer in today's Internet world.For effectively controlling the spread of spam,many countries in the world have adopted anti-spam laws.This article introduces related laws and legal systems for regulating spam in United States, European Union,Japan,Australia and China.On the basis of the regulations,it gives a research through comparative analyses on the designs of legal system against spam.
