An Analysis of the Design on Contributions to Periodicals and Review Management System

With the increasingly frequent academic exchange, many contributors inclined to contribute via E-mail which has become a trend and an important approach as the heavy workload and low efficiency have greatly limited the editing and publication of academic periodicals. The author threads the disposal of contributions, introduces the system design that applies to the contributions and their review management, and expatiates on the framework, functional module and processing flow of the system.
