Base state with amendments spatio-temporal data model based on dynamic base state method

Based on the analysis of existed base state with amendments spatio-temporal data model,a method of base state with Amendments based on dynamic base state is proposed in this paper.The conception of dynamic base state and dynamic base state storage space are introduced too.Comparing with existed methods,it solved the inefficient problem of repeated inquirer and period of time inquirer.It can save storage space of base state with high speed of data inquirer especially in long history.
