Tentative Plan of Database Construction and Data Analysis Model

Web database is a knowledge and technology resource for the broad masses of Scientists.Building special topic databases can make the broad masses of scientists to have better,more convenient and practical information resources.The paper has analyzed data in a classified manner,so as to let each data have a computerized code.It is essential to standardize these codes.It is suggested that data coding,data exchange and data collection should be standardized.
