Design and Implementation of Emergency Information System in Sudden Events Based on Social Media

With the widespread popularity of communications equipment and the rapid development of information technology,social media play a more important role in emergency response.When a sudden event occurs,social media start producing data,which carry amounts of emergency information,including emergency themes,temporal trend and spatial distribution.In order to mine the emergency information in social media,this paper has designed and implemented emergency information system in sudden events.Then key technologies about mining of emergency information in social media,as well functions of the system,will be highlighted.
