IP and ATM in the WAN Infrastructure

This paper briefly introduces current IP and ATM. After comparing the similarities and deferences between IP and ATM, the paper expounds the scheme and foreground in the integration of these two techniques. And then this paper also brings forward IP and ATM in the WAN infrastructure.
