POCS Super-Resolution Image Reconstruction Based on Line Processing

In view of ringing artifacts reduction of traditional POCS(projections onto convex sets) super-resolution image reconstruction algorithm,a novel POCS algorithm based on line process model is presented in this paper after analyzing the cause of these artifacts.Smooth processing is added in the projection of the traditional POCS,according to the four orientations edges of initial estimation of super-resolution image detected by the line process model.A super-resolution image is reconstructed by several low-resolution images using this algorithm.The ringing artifacts are improved effectively as the experiment results show.
