Internet divides our world into real world and virtue world.The net makes people feel nearer as well as creates cyber crime which confuses the application of criminal law.There in to,virtual property is not well recognized in traditional criminal legal theory and crimes related to it has not been legally and reasonably resolved.Similar cases are given different decisions according to different legal rules.In order to explore the criminal law protection approach of virtual property,it is necessary to make clear of all related dilemma,and realize it through legislative and judicial interpretation or amending criminal law,so to realize the justice,stability,the humanity concern.
