This paper introduces an Automatic control system based on PLC which apply in Biological Safety Laboratory in National Entry-exit Inspection And Quarantine Bureau.The paper explains construction and function of subsystems and research the engineering methods of gradient of negative pressure,the relationship between ventilation rate,air rate and indoor pressure.The paper also studies technical issues on Frequency converter and noise control of PLC.The paper provides reference for further research on Biological Safety Lab.
