Discussion on Determining the Nature of Behavior of Robbing Virtual Property

If the behavior of robbing virtual property cannot be punished for the crime,it must indulge this illegal acts which have great harmfulness for the society.People's legal rights and interests are unable to be protected by the criminal law.This has actually deviated from the compatible principles of subjective and objective.And thus it violates the criminal law's spiritual essence of punishing the crimes,protecting the people.
