An Approach for the Location Undertaking Advantage Assessment to Service Outsourcing Model Cities Based on Cloud Model and Entropy Weight

A reasonable and effective assessment method is important for the choice of service outsourcing undertaking areas.For the major service outsourcing model cities,the three aspects of basic business environment,financial cost structures and human resources and skills including nine influence factors are collected to construct undertaking advantage evaluation system.A new approach for the location undertaking Advantage assessment based on cloud model theory is proposed to solve the fuzzy and random problem in the assessment process,and the entropy theory is used to calculate the weights of influence factors to reduce the subjectivity.An illustrative example shows that the proposed method is feasible and effective.
