The Study on the Application of Intelligent Agent to Electronic Commerce

Intelligent agent can execute the tasks entrusted by consumers,and can solve the problem of information overload in Internet.Intelligent agent is increasingly used in many areas widely.In this paper,the authors explain the concept and characteristics of intelligent agent,and explore its application in electronic commerce.Finally,some limitations of intelligent agent used in electronic commerce are pointed out.
