Conceptual Model and Evaluation Method of Effectiveness for Command and Control System of Competent Integrated Air-defense Group

To improve the operation capability of competent integrated air-defense group, the C2-system’s elements and operation rules of competent integrated anti-air group are analyzed, and the conceptual model of C2-system is established. Based on these, the concept on power of information structure is brought about. On the while, the C2-system’s indexes system for evaluation of effectiveness is established. With multi-means, the common model of C2-system’s evaluation of effectiveness is brought about which provides reference for design of the C2-system.
