Affect of Eccentricity of Prism on the Precision of Boundary Points

In cadastration, a lot of right's plots take corners of wall and house as boundary points. Due to this reason, eccentricity of prism must result in the measuring error of boundary points. In this article the instances of eccentricity of prism are analyzed and some methods of eliminating eccentricity of prism to affect of boundary points are put forward.
