Effect on motion detection caused by video compressing

Video capturing technique has been improved much in the last several decades.More and More high-quality video technique has been proposed.That makes a huge quantity of video need to be stored and to be protected.Some high-efficient video compressing technique has proposed with the development of computer science.Absolutely,these techniques have influence on the motion detection,and make the missing of motion information of the videos,when compressing them.This paper analyzed the effect of some popular video compressing techniques on motion detection.And then it figures out a better one that has less influence on the motion detection,via the result of our experiment,when setting the same quantization parameter.
