Design and Realization of Ice Regimen Remote Sensing Monitoring Information Service System in Yellow River

Aiming at the interpretation results’ transfer and storage problem of ice regimen remote sensing monitor, the ice regimen remote sensing monitoring information service system in Yellow River is built. The article introduces general design ideas and analyzes the main functions of the system. It proposes storing monitoring data into relational database and releasing into Web services. Then geographical base map is overlaid on client. The map service polymerization is realized. The functional module of ice regimen real-time analysis, historical data checking, data comparison, dynamic and typical ice regimen events is developed and implemented. The system’s design ideas and key technology are mainly discussed.
