Soil Deep Breathing On-line Monitoring Research

A multi-point soil respiration on-line monitoring scheme was described,which focuses on the complexity and variability of the affecting factors of soil deep respiration.A soil respiration on-line monitor system was designed and implemented.The system,which is based on the comprehensive analysis of the soil respiration situation at different layers,uses dynamic chamber method for the detection of CO2 concentration.The system uses PT100 and capacitive humidity sensor for the environmental temperature and humidity measurements.By using PCI system bus and RS232,the system has realized data acquisition and real-time control.Experiments show that the scheme,which has high accuracy,gathering speed,on-line analysis of data and unattended monitoring,is a very promising multi-point soil deep respiration on-line monitoring method.
