Establishment of index evaluation system for university scientific journals' web sites

This paper discusses the principles of establishing index evaluation system for the web sites of university scientific journals and the ways and methods.According to the characteristics of the university scientific journals' web sites,the overall target of evaluation system is decided and the web site settlement,web site contents,web site function,web site management are chosen as the first level indexes which can be further divided into second level and third level evaluation indexes.Then,by the classification method based on experience judgment,indexes at each level are processed by their weights and finally an overall index evaluation system is formed.
