C4ISR system has became the core of weapon equipment campaign system, and it's difficult to make an accurate measurement information support ability of the system. The paper, through the application of the method in information theory, puts the quality of information as measure index and establishes a calculating model of information quality. Finally,it gives an instance of analyzing the variety of support information quality when C4ISR system is jammed to prove the model's rationality.
