Comparison between Two Methods of Mensurating Fibrinogen by CA6000 Automatic Coagulation Analyzer

Objective To estimate the result of mensurating fibrinogen by Clauss law and PT-Der law and discuss its influencing factors.Methods Within the linearity experiment to evaluate the PT-Der law.The two methods separately mensurated 40 examples of nomal fibrinogen patients,20 examples of high value fibrinogen patients and 20 examples of decreasing fibrinogen patients,the result was disposed with statistics by Excel software.Result 2Fib4g/L and 4 Fib7.75g/L,Two method divergence non-statistics significance; Fib 7.75g/L and 0Fib2,Two method divergences have statistics significance.Conclusion The result of PT-Der law is authentic,and may substitute for the Clauss law clinically.
