Research on SWMM Model and GIS Integration Technology

The paper introduced the SWMM(Storm Water Management Model),studied the integration model of SWMM and GIS platform,then explored the tight integration feasibility of SWMM and GIS in VB.net platform wity the secondary development methods by using the open source data interface of SWMM and ArcGIS Engine Dveveloper kit,and finally built a comprehensive model simulation and results demonstrate platform.The results showed that the tight integration of SWMM model and GIS could be achieved,which had good applicability and display effect.
