Analyzed the biological terror characteristics, the realistic threat to our country and the fire armed forces present situation etc., it concluded that the fire armed forces should trengthen emergency mechanism construction and study on mechanism, organization, technique, communication and psychology etc. to enhance ability of the counter biological terror raid.
