Study on Bluetooth videophone system

This paper presents a complete design scheme of bluetooth videophone system with a low coding rate, high quality of audio and video and quick wireless accessing capability, then analyzes the bluetooth transmission technique. and discusses H.263 robust coding and key techniques of transmitting video by bluetooth channel, finally simulates the video process and transmission.
