A New Perspective on Network Copyright Protection

With the rapid development of the Internet,the transmission of the network works has deviated completely from the carrier through which the traditional works are transmitted.In the virtual network,the transmission and copy of the network works are becoming much easier,which makes the infringement on the network copyrights more and more serious.Currently,we face many problems in our country in the protection of network copyright.To solve the problem,we meet various different viewpoints in the academic field.Having analyzed in details the phenomenon of network copyright infringement,the author of the present thesis puts forward some new methods to deal with the problem on the basis of the different viewpoints from the perspective of balancing the benefits between the network copyright holder,the network operator and the network user.
