Research on the Key Techniques of Developing an EDI system

Studies of techniques in developing and applying an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) system are necessary in China as EDI remains a brand new area domestically. Four key techniques of developing and applying an EDI system: designing EDI messages; EDI interfaces, security strategy and network topology of EDI system, are discussed by firstly analyzing the essential elements of an EDI system with the purpose of offering some references to the development and application of an EDI system.
