Rational Select and Arrange Reviewers——An Effective Approach to Improving Quality of Paper Reviewing

In response to the characteristics of multidisciplinary chiasm of scientific papers,properly selecting and arranging reviewers is held to be an effective approach to improving quality of paper reviewing through superiority complementation.
