Production and Exertion Rules of Multiple Copyright

The right of multiple copyright is defined because it is very important that can be protected adequately.The multiple copyright indicates a phenomenon that the work's owner or other object can take copyright or neighboring right respectively because of a new work that is created when somebody utilizes the work of others(it mainly presents that relates to neighboring right).The issue that if the works infringing copyrights can produce multiple copyright is discussed.
