According to the study of merits and defects on ANN, ES respectively. The paper points out that we should study ANN and ES as a body. Then, the prefect neural networks expert system will be developed. It will contribute to make new progress in artificial intelligence analogue depth on fault diagnosis. Meanwhile, the paper introduces the structure mode and design method on neural networks expert system.
