Presents a multi-path overlay network resource management scheme based on streaming media services. The scheme takes into account the constraints between the multi-path, if the path has little constraints with other paths, the possibility of congestion is lower, improves the network's performance and utilization. Simulation results demonstrate that the scheme is a simple and efficient overlay network QoS multipath strategy. It can achieve lower packet loss rate and greater throughput.
