Deterioration in solving multi-objective optimization problems base on differential evolution

It was found that there exist deteriorations in the process of solving Multi-objective Optimization Problems(MOP) base on Differential Evolution(DE).The deterioration leads to that the convergence of the multi-objective optimization algorithm is no longer guaranteed,and it also reduces the efficiency of the solution.To overcome this problem,two deterioration phenomena in the optimization algorithm were analyzed,and corresponding methods to resolve the two deteriorations were proposed.A new Multi-objective Optimization Evolution Algorithm(MOEA) is proposed,which guarantees the convergence and the diversity.The efficiency of the new algorithm is significantly improved.Numerical experiments validate the effectiveness of the new algorithm.
