Fusion of radar and GPS data

The method based on the principle of fuzzy clustering is given in fusion of radar and GPS data in this paper. The membership degree, on which the adaptive relation detecting function is constructed, is calculated by fuzzy c mean clustering algorithm. It treats tracks of GPS as the center of cluster without iteraction. It has also been shown by simulations that reliable associations of track to track could be achieved.
