The Study of the Shortest Paths in Transportation Network Under Time Constraint

This paper researches the problem about transportation network designing in the online retail enterprises under the E-business. Aim at the practical situation in most enterprises, this paper proposes how to optimize transportation network under the situation of time constraint, then achieving the object which can both reduce transportation costs and enhance customer's response.
