Design and implement of random network model is an important aspect in modern computer communication.Waxman-Salama model was introduced in the paper firstly.Then the advantages and disadvantages were discussed and the connection performance of linkage was improved.The key techniques were located about implement the algorithm.Using visual basic and vc++,random network topologies based on Waxman-Salama model were implemented respectively;Dijkstra SPT was simulated on the network topology.
